Competition Tracker


With Competition Tracker you can see what others are posting online about up to five of your competitors. Use this tool to your advantage to note both the positive and negative comments people are posting about your competitors to help you evaluate and improve your business.  To use this tool, make sure your social accounts are connected under Social Accounts in Settings.

  1. Press Get Started. Select your Business Type and subtype and enter the address of your business, and then click Save.
  2. Select the five competitors you want to track on the Add Your Competitors page. You can type in specific business into the search field, or choose from the suggested businesses that are similar and local to you. When you are finished, click I?m Done.
  3. After about 15 minutes, Competition Tracker will display the social media posts from around the web that mention your competitors. Based on the content of the posts, each business?s Happiness Rating is displayed on the right hand side. You are able to filter the conversation feed by social platform and competitor.
  4. If you?d like to edit your competitors, enter the business name into the Add Your Competitors field or click the gear icon beside it.
